Admissions Policy and Supplementary Form
The Admission Policies for 2024/2025 has been revised to comply with the expanded definition of “previously looked after children in Section 1.7 of the new SAC Code (School’s Admission Code). This makes reference to the oversubscription criteria number (1) and more details are to be found under Note 1 on page 2 of the Policy.
Please review the Admissions Policy for the academic year you are wishing to apply, before completing the Supplementary Information Form (SIF).
You will need to complete and return the SIF directly to Malden Parochial Primary School. For Reception to Year 6, this is in addition to applying via your local council's Admissions Department.

Nursery applicants complete only the Admissions Form and are not required to apply via the council. They are requested to provide evidence for proof of age and home address. Details of acceptable evidence can be found on the Nursery Admissions Policy.
